I ran across this company is a scan tonight. What's your take on the situation? They took a beating today. Bounce?

There is a strong rumor: XRM will file the CH11 before the end of
May or at the beginning of June due to the overloading huge debt.
I bet the very sick MMs and the very sick CEO are co-manipulating the price up to let more clueless buyers to lose the money. Sell anything you have while the price is still above $0.91. Once the
CH11 declared the price will fall to $0.1 or below in no time.
