surprised as well - probably the new IR restricted shares just "overload" the A/S and CEO was in need to increase the authorized count... why for so much? waiting for reply - will post if any

theres no reason w such a drastic increase in AS. they couldve kept the same share structure if the pps kept on going up so fewer shares can b given out 4 IR, etc.
