Come back at the end of next week and tell me if my prediction was wrong. So far I am correct. Incidentally penny stocks cannot be be shorted in my account. I am losing a bundle here and would like this to go up but I just cannot see it hapenning and I do not think that the CEO gives a damn as long as his private company can bleed money from it.

The run up to .029 resulted before we knew the extent of the indebtedness we were faced with.

In fact, one poster posted that the CFO told him all debt would be discharged by the bankruptcy.

Well, $1,500,000 of debt was discharged. The rest we have been seeing as being "discharged" by dilution.

A lot of pumping, of which in my ignorance, played a minor role, took place because there were a relatively small os, for a penny stock, and small debt.

The rest is history. It will take revenues of no small amount to offset the threat of dilution. But I believe it is possible. It will take more time than what most are willing to give it.
