Well, the 10K will be filed late. The company just filed an NT-10K....probably not the best move, given the lack of trust in what the company is doing.
As far as fair value...what short-term catalysts do you see going forward? Q4 was a disappointment, Q1 will be terrible, and the rest of the year will show flat growth y/y. I think a 5x multiple is probably appropriate for CHCG right now.
