i would also say that UPDA is a risky stock as i flipped it a couple of times years ago. they took dilution to a new level and were always full of empty promises. last i checked nothing had changed.
I think, I have explained my point long enough, didn't I ? Explore the UPDA board. You'll be left with empty hands.... If you don't understand the dangerous game you're playing with UPDA... Well. It seems to be, you're asking for trouble.
