Quang X. Pham, Director Quang founded Lathian (then known as MyDrugRep.com) in 1999 and rejoined the company following an acquisition in February 2008. A forerunner in the eDetailing space, he made significant contributions to the early growth of the company. As Chairman and CEO during Lathian’s early years, Quang created the vision, built the management team, and raised venture capital funding. He also secured multiple life science company customers. Previously, he was CEO of Monarch Healthcare Staffing, a business consultant, and Division General Manager with QTC, the largest private provider of disability examination services. After serving as a U.S. Marine Corps helicopter pilot in the Persian Gulf War, Quang began his pharmaceutical career as a sales representative. He holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and is author of the acclaimed father-son memoir titled A Sense of Duty, published by Random House.
