I haven't been checking the board lately but the SEC halt on trading of MSRM shares has been surprising. What does that mean? Are the MSRM shares worthless? Will they be converted as promised by the company? Is management involved in the fraud? Or are professional traders responsible for the scam?

Has anybody contacted the company to find out whats going on??
