I think we came up with .10-.25 range on a rough guesstimation off a compairable company/s......... but I could live with that range off just the NH project with its rec's.....

then build from there for NY and etc

Howard-The company wouldn't have 100m in book value unless it did not owe the 100m. At the day of plant construction completion-100m assets less 100m loan = zero book value.
