This does not imply GBDX nor mention GBDX, hense it is merely research info. Not as such off topic but some could say so but I left it up as a good bad and ugly view.
I intentionally did not imply GBDX in my last post because it was informative about Microcaps in general, as you noted. I firmly believe investors should be on guard when reading their spam mail hyping unknown stocks. I thank you very much for leaving the post intact.
Keep in mind, the SEC has investigated Torino 6 months ago it was said here and that recent talk of some SEC REVIEW here.
Sometimes SEC investigations can be long and drawn out. Turino has been involved with certain individuals and many stocks for years, so a long investigation would be no surprise. Also, some of the individuals that Turino has been connected to have past histories of SEC violations.
