He has repudiated him and renounced him.

I believe all Obama did was renounce his statements. I don't think he renounced him.

Also -- all a finance committee person does is raise money. The spiritual advisor influences attitude, ideology, and policy. So you've got it backwards.

Wright was a member of Obama's African American Religious Committee not part of his campaign like Geraldine Ferraro was part of Hillary's campaign finance committee.

Given the nature of Wright's pronouncements in his role as a religious leader, I'd say that's worse.
