indeed, but that does not surprise me. i always questioned the validity of an actual "contract". i think they may be restating the reality for us. perhaps there is NO CONTRACT?

Yes, I agree the wording has changed.

Also, the term "joint agreement" appeared for the first time, to the best of my knowledge.
