I'm not sure I fully understand these issues, but assuming I do, here are a few Q's that some of you might hopefully be able to answer:

1. If content providers are strongly committed filtering out pirated material by urging ISP's to install these screening packets to eliminate pirated stuff, does that necessarily mean that p2p gridcasting would also be slowed or blocked? Inotherwords, is it technologically doable for gridcasting p2p snippets to flow unrestricted (like having the "EZ Pass" for tolls)?

2. What's the implication of this article for p2p verses downloading? Are the implications of thise article good, bad or unknown for us?
