Don't forget that the studios held up things until this last June--fall for the final wording. Without their approval Titlematch would be a much much riskier investment. Maybe so much so that insiders would have decided to just stick with the shares they already had. By the time the studios finally approved it the retailer deal was already in the works--so they couldn't buy according to 50bagger.
Now we have tons of new licensing agreements, partnerships, strategic alliances, first of a kind product, pilot program with a national launch.... all announced within the last 9 months or so (even less in most circumstances)
