re: manipulation like this, in such a thin market with so few shareholders looking to sell (bid has been at .35 for awhile now with no seller) someone with a bid in at .35 might sell 200 just to knock the price down. The thinking might be that someone who is reluctant to sell at the bid when the price is .39, might be willing to sell if the latest trade is already down at .35 ;)
