If I am not mistaken, both motion and countermotions were denied. Simce records of 9/07 are not online, I haven't read. Clerk informed me docs available for a fee. I passed.

In regards to half-full's response to my post ...I only stated what I saw,the stock down with a sophistcated market- maker on the offer. I have No other agenda....I am a speculator,I find this situation very interesting and I'm long a substanial amount.
