I just spent 10 minutes talking to "Mike" at the Denver FBI branch. He said if it was just me out then it would probably not be looked at, but I told him of others, 1 in particular being out $400,000. He said then it should push it over their threshold to trigger investigation but gave me the "we can neither confirm nor deny investigation" speech. In short I need to write out all the details including pr's, players, locations, etc.... then he wants me to gather as many investors info as I can and send it to the Denver office. Specific information he wants is names, phone numbers, addresses, date of birth, and amount of loss. Anyone willing to share this information can email me at the address on my profile.
As far as a letter goes, if anyone has an already written list of facts, dates, times...it would save me a lot of time. I told him I will compile as much as I can gather and send it in next week.
