DFD, after taking a good look at all the legal E's on Leathernecks Private investment contract, that is clear as a bell, "you want in you pay, you can't continue to pay costs you lose."
It is almost like Jerry thinks we signed some private placement contract, and becaues we stop shelling out money for his dilutive shares we breached some kind of contractual obligation.
I posted a while back that RGNO had for some reason changed there disclaimer at the bottom of there PR to read (added)that they are not responable for following up on PR's.
Shoul have taken that as a warning, Jerry lives by legal E's and used every loophole he could get away with, imo.
Not this time.
Overall DFD, I felt all along that I was buying a shinny new car, now it looks like the car they where selling was a beatup old used clunker, and they even took that back, hey maybe the Lemon Law applies(:>)
