Gata stuff up to a proportion of say two-tenths of one per cent of total posting volume is not as boring as in heavier doses, imho, and so would be welcome as far as i'm concerned ... which means dick as i act here not as editor, shall do no editing, only grabbed control of the board so no one else could do any editing ... you wanna edit - start your own board, it's that simple
How would posts get resurrected when none get deleted? ... i have no idea ... if you figure that out please inform me of technique forthwith
'riff-raff like me, o49r ' - Doug, you have the soul of a poet and the pain of an ass, melodic though the word may be i would never use riff-raff on you or 49r unless absolutely necessary to a particular rhyme ... she's welcome and so are you, though of course you do realise that substantive posters like Claude and russ and Bob J are of inestimably more value than me and thee and she combined, don't you .... but you might mention this place to Dave Webb, who has imho thoughts of consequence from time to time, always liked that guy, and i don't care if some like Claude don't like that he posts on the net, i figure that's just fine, he's got a right
Email - don't bother signing up for the 'chairmail' above and then holding your breath sitting by your mailbox waiting - there won't be any, i don't do email ... even in Real Life, just don't use it
' How does iHub keep a Raging Bull'a'like'ness off it?' ... you'd have to meet young Matt of the Doughnuts and Bob de Boogerville to understand that ... smart guys, and reasonable human beings, judging from their posted statements on the subject .... observe the quality of the format for a start - infinitely superior to ragingbullshit, stockhouse, yahoo, whatever ... superior in some ways to present-day SI even ... just a certain paucity of posters is all, but that is temporary and will change
'It was because of this that i created a few days ago a board on iHub for a non-gold company i hold shares in.'
Ah, why not for the oui-gold thing tdc.v? ... on which i plan to study up soon btw, Discovery may indeed not be the worst property on the planet, nor DW the worst management ... mgr was a screw-up for sure, wrong people trusted there, wrong time completely for the country perhaps, but it's not that black a mark on the company or its people imho ... i'll be watching to see how they get financed, by whom, at what price, on what terms, that sort of thing
