I just got off phone with Marrily Katz. After stepping away from the breakables for a bit, this is the recap of our conversation:
She said the pink sheets are a listing agency and not a trading agency. It is not the job of the SEC to shut down scam companies. She had no clue about BHUB or the or any of the other SAT scams that the SEC did go after last year. She said maybe I should call Delaware. I asked her whose job it was to go after scam corporations and finally she said "the only thing I can do is maybe turn it over to another department but you'll not hear of any investigation". She sounded more like she was trying to get rid of me and will toss complaint in the trash as soon as she hangs up.
Others might call and see if they can get better results.
