Let me see if I understand. The company is offering about 4 million shares or 40 grand of its own money to compensate its team. The team can't "cash in" for 12 months.

So for example if the stock ran to .10 the bonus to the guys getting 100k in shares would be 10 grand?

One would think it would be a waste of time unless there are significant reserves.

Someone explain the value of the "750,000 options of the Company exercisable at $0.01 " It does not make any sense to me!
