WSF, you are prophetic!

"In my opinion, it's clear many will be caught off guard when all this begins to hit the wires."

Couldn't have read that at a better time, it had just crossed my mind and low and behold I read your comment. Time to keep adding if you will..imo

Well, according to the share volume since then the Legacy debt should be long gone, however, given the action on the PPS, it doesn't appear so.

From your mouth to Gods ear, or at least from your mouth to Tom's ear (for the athiests out there), I hope youre right. The shareholder letter was very encouraging in January. The offsetting difference is the change of comunication since. Tom set the precedent early on by not only his official comunica's (s?), but his easy accessability(s?) by a few on this board. What's become troublesome for some (me included) is the change in accessability mixed with the lack of update to what was in the shareholder letter almost 2 months ago. The only thing we've heard since is that there has been a change in accountants with a dispute over what some would call a boiler plate reference to whether the company will survive and another pr about a debenture and warrant that will dilute the stock in the future. Now I agree with you, if all comes to fruition, this is a rocket waiting to take off. The 10q is due within 2 weeks. The 8k just released is basically the equivalent of a refinancing of already existing debt, as best as I can make out, (not a pro here) Not neccesarily a bad thing. But we don't know when/if any updates will be forth coming from the shareholders letter. It could be tonight, go check and see if its there yet. Could be tomorrow, next week, next month,6 months, next year. Face it, we're all here becuase we have faith in Tom, and not becuase of the sec filings. Tom made his reputation from his comunication skills. It would be more encouraging to see that continue. The longer the silence goes, even hardlined and fastened self proclaimed longs will be dropping by the wayside as this follows the route of every other penny Ive watched, some now down to .0001. If I thought that was where this was headed, I would have dumped long ago and taken my losses. Silence isnt golden here. Tom should continue the trend that built his reputation, comunicate. All my opinion, of course. (God I'm anal tonight, frustrating day at work, needed to vent. Im out for a beer folks, have a good night.)

"Patience is a Virtue some do not Possess."

I totally agree with that statement.

Patience is a Virtue some do not Possess. I am currently invloved with several other companies that have not "spoke" for many years, Some times this is very necessary to get the job done.

I noticed someone said earlier that swvc shareholders have been patient, well yes we all have, but did you forget that there was a Huge shareholder letter on January 24th that basically told us everything we needed to know in reguards to the legacy debt ending and what other M&A's were currently being worked on for Seaway Capitals "Portfolio".

We as shareholders all know what to expect this month reguarding filing ect, but I am personally looking for several updates any day now in relation to everything and I mean everything. Just by looking at the way people post and the PPS is performing, In my opinion Its clear many will be caught off guard when all this begins to hit the wires.
