DPDW..
My two cents.. There is far more collective DD done on DPDW on this board than any company that I have owned in over 40 years of Wall Street experience.. When one has at hand that much information including trade by trade flashes,, one tends to over trade and micro manage the information at hand..
It is my belief that DPDW will trade in the next 18 months at $1.60 and within 3 years at $2.50.. My numbers may be low but if they are exceeded so much the better.. My sources,, tell me that most of the products that are part of new shipbuilding and conversion have been received well and DPDW bids and completion times are up to industry standards.. There is a lot of competition in the businesses that DPDW operates but,, as they are a people friendly company,, they have the memory factor working for them.. bad news travels fast in the O&G Services industry,, much as in most industrys and DPDW has until now been able to stay one step ahead of bad news by superior performance on orders bid for and shipped on time..
The balance sheet has been cleaned up and the most positive thing that has come out about DPDW were options priced 3X the current market value.. Options are used by companies to attract talent and DPDW seems to have more to offer than most small companies other than options to build a good management team.. Good news travels and those that hear it want to be part of it..
DPDW at $50,000,000.00 is still a small company and all it needs is one order to have a $100,000,000.00 BACKLOG..
As to where should one buy DPDW,, It seems with the information at hand Dips that are waited on to be filled are opportunities lost when the market turns.. DPDW is a far different company today than when it sold above $2.00.. If you bought the MO-MO then why don't you buy the fundimentals today,, tomorrow or next week because there is a sponge out there buying now... And it always seems to be there at $0.01 above your bid.. I bought today at close to today's high,, so what I'm sure that some will wish next month that it will be next months low..
