I gotta agree....if there was a way to keep this PT Barnum (there's a sucker born every minute) from never raising another cent pushing another dubious company, I'd be all for wiping the slate clean and moving on.
I agree. If there is reasonable suspicion that laws were broken, this should be reported and investigated by the proper authorities – irrespective of the consequences to the stock price. A sad turn of events nonetheless…
