I understand clearly that as a pinksheet they do not have to tell us anything. We're talking about things that they have CHOSEN to tell us. When they CHOOSE to tell us something they are OBLIGATED that it be TRUE and TIMELY.

You are right the pinks are under no obligation to tell us anything, but if they choose not to tell, then they are acting like a pink. If they really want to go to the OTC and then the AMEX, they should act like a company that could and desires to do so.
