RANGER8, I could not disagree more with your assertion that EDS was under no obligation to let us know about the meeting. I think as the Investor Relations firm for this company it is exactly their obligation to keep us informed about investor meetings and other material events about the company. When they make an announcement about a meeting, then change the date, change it again, then cancel it, they owe an explanation and they need to make the announcement immediately. Anything less is unprofessional at best.

There was an implied obligation based on the fact that they continously, repeatedly and publicly announced the meeting. As the official IR this creates investor expectation that may legally, albiet narrowly, contstrued as manipulation. The key is that they created the obligation, no one forced it on them. Regardless of how many words you type with capital letters you are unable to change the fact pattern.
