That nano stuff is pure hype, I consulted Cabot some 15 years ago on the technology of reducing particle size and CCMP was split out of CBT just to get a better PE serving the semi industry exclusively. The business and the returns have not changed, just the perception and artificial "halo".
they used to sell the stuff to the iraqis. the aerosils and others are very nice for many things, good for construction,particle coatings etc many items on their web page not known to construction industry yet
