Definetly have Seen it work out both way before. I think if he was just trying to get the PPS up a tad to get out or make a quick buck he would have used different tactics.

Saying he Talked to the CEO or heard of a letter of intent or something more substantial.


I do think FOGGDOGG did talk to CHRIS and I do think that the Plan is still moving forward...just taking more time than expected.

I think this NYC guy could be legit..(my guess 60/40)........Either way...it's something to entertain us here.
