OT: Could anyone please tell me what the significance of marks are? I don't see the PPS doing anything that could possibly be attributed to marks. Hype or pump could be influencing the PPS since the conditions for this effort are there with oil at 105. and rising.
There never seems to be a shortage of positive thinkers, jimstar, and WT, for a start. Both bailed out prematurely if one is to believe the up limits of their pronouncements.
