Hard to say. I know that CCTC went all the way to 40 cents or something, but it didnt have as long of time before the RS and it wasnt as widely traded. I would think that they could try and take this to 20-30 cents or so though, do the RS, and then go from there. If they don't dilute after the RS and leave the float alone besides forward splitting-THAT is where the big money comes from.
