The RS is wanted. That is what gets the float so tiny to allow easy stock runup. Then they forward split it while keep the float low enough to control.

Some don't pull back too bad if any on a R/S if they can prove their value before they do it. If they do not show the vale, better get out. Looks like EEVT has a lot of potential though. Maybe they will prove themselves before the R/S. Why the R/S anyhow? aren't the numbers pretty low already?
