Hmmm... My suspicion is that the helicopter pad is near the aqua spa/depository, so their visitors can enjoy some refreshing relaxation before their vigorous hikes to look at empty holes in the ground. Perhaps they feed them magic mushrooms to make them more susceptible to seeing imaginary gold. Of course, since we have not had a PR about a helicopter, the pad is entirely useless, unless Tinkerbell is using it to direct the caribu and asses to their destinations. Mickey will no doubt greet them as they enter the spa/depository.
