Sorry for the late response as I have not been on this board in a bit.
They are cftn, they are abl...who else is there to take charge? Both companies belong to them....They always run unopposed. Look at their board of directors. They are the major shareholders. Who else do you think has the ability to force them out and most importantly, just who would take their place? I think they should be investigated for their hidden agendas for it certainly has not been for the benefit of shareholders. JMHO but I think they will continue to rule their company and when they need money perhaps then they will put out fluffy loi nonsense. I think they stink and have proven themselves deceitful and unworthy of this shareholders money. That Iceman was in cahoots with one of their brokers at the time should have been my firt clue. However I was naive as this was the very first stock that I ever bought and while it has proven costly to me, I have no choice but to stick it out. GLTY
