Soon. The co. has utilized substantial amounts of its loan guarantees from UPS (EXIM) and the Nigerian banks (NEXIM). These loan proceeds are earmarked for plant and equipment.

Funny, w/ all the negative posts, large financial institutions continue to honor their loan guarantees.
