I agree, but send those comments to the management. It might speed up fixing the problems.
Not deliverly what they advertise is a minute detail? Or are you saying don't having any customer support is a minute detail?
Don't get me wrong I don't want to bash a stock that I own a ton of but I am not going to hide the truth either. Long term this is a great company and I hope to make a lot of money off of them, but they have some things to work on.
I am only saying that you should be perfect when you come to market or it will hurt your stock short term which it is.
