I have no clue cashflo, because every buyback ever mentioned is usually from a bloated pinky and I have yet to see one. You have to figure that these guys need to raise money and the only way for them to do that is to sell shares. If they had money to buy back shares, it is very unlikely that their share price would be in the triple 000's. The biggest scam to ever hit pennyland CMKX came out with a share buyback program and there have been many others since that have done the same....The Question is, how do they get away with putting out fraudulent prs. It's all just hype to sell more share if you ask me.... JMO From my experience, Big A/S's + Mega After trades + Mega hype = Mega Dilution.
