well, the private WA corp changed its name to CIRCA. The company trading CPPC shares is supposedly Pappy's Canadian Cinemax. Pappy is not an officer, director or agent of the private CIRCA in WA.I guess if they changed the name of the WA corp to match Pappy's Canadian front conpany before that they'll probably do same scam with "CIRCA". But that doesn't change the fact that the Ontario Ministry discloses Pappy's Cinemax never incorporated in Ontario and doesn't exist there.
BTW, I can't stand the suspense. Can you spill the beans now?
Reddog, the "news" is basically what has been leaking out slowly. The reasons behind the website being trashed, the name change in WA and the current run in share price isn't as "bullish" as certain pumpers want us to believe. These scammers have been nailed and they're re-grouping. I'm waiting to hear from a regulatory person on any developments. I will certainly share.
