By "change", do they mean actually incorporating or telling the truth?

NO "CINEMAX PICTURES AND PRODUCTION CO., INTL. INC" is/was incorporated in Ontario. Nor is there a "CANADIAN CONSUMER AND RELATIONS OFFICE, BUSINESS REGISTRATION DIVISION". Ontario corps are registered with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. The scammers have been claiming that Pappy, Other Frank Hagan, Fan, Gouveia & co are all directors, officers, agents of a corp, Cinemax, that the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumers Services says doesn't exist.

Here's a "possibility" they didn't "exhaust" yet... How about disclosing that the whole thing was a scam, they got busted, destroyed the evidence on their website, changed the name of the WA corp that they claimed Cinemax, a fictional corp per the Ontario Ministry of Government Consumer Services, "merged" with, and they now have to find new web and corporate fronts in Canada to keep the scam alive so they can dump more shares.

"Exhaust" that "possibility" yet, scammers? ;0)
