sxt1298: TD AMER snap quotes are unreliable and lag the market. The best fix is Level II or a different quote source.

It's pretty clear Freerealtime is not realiable right now. Etrade shows 2.13 2.14 165,301 while the other was showing 2.10 with 160k. Now it seems to have cuaght up with CTUM but not with another of my stocks.
