Just guessing here, but I suspect that whatever deal Amelot cut with a "new partner" involved shares that were already on the market. I base this on the fact that the current A/S is maxed, there is no evidence of a filing to increase the A/S, and the sudden as yet unexplained buying surge (most of which occurred in an hour or so) two days ago.
