That ratio can be skewed. Note on BLTA since Friday ETRD has sat on the buy all but about 15 minutes of those trading days. There was quite a few shares tossed and ETRD bought almost all of it. If you look at the ratio it appears there was a lot of selling, but ask yourself why ETRD is willing to buy so much and not even drop the bid lower.
