Lmao... okay, the charts do not show where a specific Planned Sale occurred, they just don't.
They will show an individual trade for that day, but the insider who is selling isn't actually placing the trade, its handled by one of the MM's and likely broken up throughout the day.
Maybe I'm not following your line of thought, but it has shown on the market, or haven't you watched the daily volume?
