Supposedly they plan a secondary....stepping aside from the rest of the Q here, out of JCOM for a penny and MERQ at $44.50 for a dime... BIIB went at $55.35 for two dimes, followed by AMGN at $58.35 for $.23. GILD did a little better out here at $55.10 for $.53.
