no, i don't believe it. I will believe it when they get the contract. Do they know if GM or Ford will give it to them. NO !! But hey if they where 100% getting the contract, they would buy the float up. Get real here. If they had everything in hand they can get a few big investors to eat everything. I would eat a nice portion too.
Point being we are waiting the same way they are. However, there is some start of good things happening. Mainly the interest shown to run the trial runs and the continued interest and RFP's.
You can't blame a company for getting this far and not having the home run yet. Get real, that's what the risk is.
