they plan to flee the country. Its just more of the fraud that is rampant in all U.S. publicly traded countries.


They already "fled" the country. The publicly traded Cinemax (CPPC) is a Canadaian corp. TMM, nka Cinemax WA, went private. The scammers provided pinksheets bogus CPPC company info that they are doing business in the old TMM WA shell. The WA SoS confirms the 2 corps never merged. The WA Securities Commission is aware of the scam.
