I would say that is a strong possibility.

"The Company expects to complete the design, manufacture, and delivery of these LSFLs to both of its clients, Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. and VetcoGray, Inc., within the next 90 days."

And I would add, the company appears to still have a backlog of other orders to fill. I haven't stripped the unfilled orders out of the previous press releases lately, but i am quite sure some still exist.
