This does send a positive message from management!! they wanted to send a signal to the market that they're in this for the long term and have high expectations for the stock price, hence the $1.50 exercise price.
just to reiterate, for anyone who didn't catch our earlier discussion of the matter, this means they won't be in the money on those shares until the stock price hits $1.51... and higher.
brikk - thanks for checking. If that (the 350K shares) was a grant, I'm assuming there was no capital infusion into the company. Is that right? If it was non open market, I'm assuming it did not come from the float. Does that mean it adds to the O/S? Thanks!
Good work brikk, that explains it quite well. I like the 2 yr lockup, that is 3 times what is required (imo) "above and beyond expectations" I get the signal they are in this for the long term.
