ON 2/26/08 I ran a scan of PRFT on optionsexpress.com and found INSTITUTIONAL HOLDINGS AT 70.20% and SHORT RATIO AT 9.74. TODAY I find INSTITUTIONAL HOLDINGS UP TO 75.80% and SHORT RATIO DOWN TO 7.69.
INSTITUTIONS ARE "BUYING" THIS STOCK.......NOT SELLING IT! Tell me this @#$% is on the UP AND UP.
