Sulphur, I believe it's called a "Figure-of-8 Frame". I think we need to name this one too:) Check out this PDF on Perry Slingsby's site - page 2 in the PDF:

"Long leads are usually stored in figure-of-eight
loops on specialist baskets or frames, which are
landed on the seabed mid-way between the two
end destinations. The ROV flies in with a tooling
interface and collects each end in turn and
drags it to its destination."

Sulphur here is a huge deployment frame with Steel Flying Leads ready to go, from a picture in the upstairs conference room at Deep down Inc.
