winnotlose, Some people say here that the CEO should not care about us shareholders share price, but should only care about the success of the company and the share price will reflect that someday. I think in the penny stocks especially the plus share price reflects positive news, hype and momentum only.
Actually the PPS is holding just fine at the solid support line of .007 and lows are starting to trend higher (see what I'm talking about below). SWVC's legacy debt shall soon disappear and the significant dilution will subside. Smart investors are accumulating shares at these levels. I suspect the SWVC acquisition of the regional hospitality and consumer products company will take place after all legacy convertible debentures have been satisfied.
