VERY VERY VERY interesting locustsuc. So it seems we do not need to be above $3.00. This criteria you set forth is the criteria i must be hearing about from various sources when they say that there is a good chance of uplisting below $3 per share.
According to this, the process for uplisting could very well already be underway. Which could definately be one of the main reasons for the hire of Mr. Teal back in January.
